Sitting alone, she stared at the bare white walls. She had been trapped by her kind here for nigh on a week.

She had the appearance of a seven-teen year old girl with silvery grey locks, but was in truth, over a thousand years old. She was their queen, and demanded an heir, but her young defiance still lived on in her and she would not marry.

She waited.

Finally when the came, they brought with them a young, feisty youth.

His flesh was as white as her’s, hair matching. His clear blue eyes looked toward her fearfully at her own amber eyes, his body drenched in sweat. Watching intently, they threw him into a corner, slamming the door behind them. She listened. One, two clicks.

Silence.....

The boy whimpered and pressed himself further into the corner as if he may disappear right before her eyes at her approach. Reaching out a hand, she gently stroked his face lovingly. Staring him straight in the eye, she viciously ripped his head back by his short tressled hair and kissed gently at his neck and she whispered. "Fear not, you are safe...."

Taking in his fear, her large eyes absorbed his fear. Two small white fangs appeared in her mouth, making him shudder tremendously. Swiftly, she bit into his vein. Screaming for her to stop, he helplessly hit her, only to have his hand brushed aside carefully.

Sinking them in deeper, she fed. Long draws of his blood filled her mouth and she swallowed it quickly. After a few minutes she stopped, cradling him as if it were her lover of all time.

Lost, broken.

His breathing was harsh and he moved restlessly in her arms, trying to get away from her, but she held him fast against her chest.

Moving her shirt, she revealed a fragilely slim, snowy white shoulder. Digging her nails deep into her flesh, she drew them across her chest and just above a small tender breast and said simply, "drink."

Her voice was as smooth as silk, but as cold as ice in his ear. Caringly, she nimbly lifted his head to her chest, where the blood began to rise, he tried to pull away, but found himself captive to her will.

Reluctantly, he drank. Caressing his hair, she gently kissed his forehead she laughed sweetly at him. "Gently, just gently...." she whispered in her silky voice, as he gulped it down, mouthful after mouthful.

For about five minutes he drank, when she finally stopped him.

Taking his wrist, she held him firm. "Once more...."

She bit his wrist harshly, making him cry out sharp. After the last exchange of blood, she held him still at her breast. Looking down upon him, he gazed intently into her eyes. "You are my King, Dark Son, Lover, Friend and slave, as I am yours....... Forever our souls will be joined. Forever by the Darkness....."

Awaiting her sentence she sat. Her hands bound tightly behind her back tightly.

Her face was brusied, her hair tattered, clothes torn. She sat impossibily straight, face impassive. They spoke to her her sentences, but she ared not, for she knew all too well what awaited her.

At the end, they questioned her.

"Do you accept the charges laid upon you?" they asked once, then a second time when there came no reply. "Do you accept?!" they demanded.

Finally she looked up at them.

"Yes," she replied, voice as sharp at a thousand blades with poisoned tips. Her words cut through each and everyone of them, because the look of distaste showed clearly on their faces.

She approached the stage, on which her life would be taken. The noose hung loosely around her neck. She stood as still as if she were made of stone or marble.

"See you all in hell!" she shouted as the door beneath her feet opened, and her life ceased.
